Sonos MOVE

When the speaker is switched off, the microphone LED on top lights up white and after that the speaker cannot be switched on.I tried a factory reset, but it didn't respond to that either! What could be wrong?

I simply hold the rear (top) power button on my Move (whilst off its charger) for approx. 5+ seconds to power it off (I hear descending tones as it shuts down) and all its lights extinguish. I wait 10 seconds to ensure it’s powered off completely and to later power it on again, I either press the same rear power button (without keeping it pressed), or I return the speaker to its charger-loop to power it back on again. Only then do I see any lights show up.

If that is perhaps not your experience, then maybe record a video of what you are seeing and submit a Sonos system diagnostic report and note it’s reference and then contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK  and see what the Staff can suggest to resolve the matter.
