Dead horse I mean dead roam

Seems to be a common discussion on this topic. Less than 2 years old and my roam is dead. Tried all the tricks and tips from support and still dead. Here is 30% off thanks bye from support. How are they still standing behind this and selling this thing with all the known problems? Its a great speaker when working. Really don't want to buy another one because I'm afraid of being in the same boat again. Is it really worth paying $200+ for the move? Seems like there should be a better option.

Sorry your Roam died. I would be frustrated too. But just because your Roam died doesn’t mean it is a widespread problem that the majority of users have experienced. Same can be said for most issues that users report in this community.
