I am able to successfully pair my Move 2 to the app and wifi network. I then get the message that it may not show in my system and tells me if that is the case to hold down the power button for 5 seconds, to basically reboot the Move 2. Then turn the move 2 back on and add it into the system. But it never shows up.
I’ve tried the reset, updating the app, opening/closing the app, etc. still won’t show up. What do you do from here?
