With the new version of Sonos App I just can’t control my move 2 through wi-fi only with Bluetooth. Each time I try to update my speaker an error ocurres

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with using your Sonos Move 2.

What is the error message that you’re seeing in the app? If it’s ‘Error ™number]’, then we likely have a support article for that error, or at least steps I can provide you with. If it’s not an error number, can you reply here with what the message says.

Some of our errors can be fixed by rebooting your network or Sonos speakers, as errors can occur when the update fails to download. Power off your router → additional networking equipment → Sonos Move 2 → and device running the Sonos app for around one to two minutes, then back on. Once everything is back online, try to update the Move or play something via a streaming service.
