Cannot play anything on Moves only

First off this has been a running issue since app update. Every week randomly I cannot start music on either of my Moves, just hangs and errors out. I can start music on any non Move speaker, then add the Move, BUT I cannot control the volume once added on the Move, only by physical touch buttons I can adjust. I have rebooted and restarted and it still has the same problem. Any help is appreciated! I’ve invested in sonos for its sound and portability, wife is done, ready to ditch the system!

Have you tried rebooting your phone and router too? Is there a specific music source you are using or does it happen from all sources?
