cannot connect sonos roam


have charged sonos roam

app is picking up Sonos Roam - when I select and apply, am constantly getting the message Unable to connect. Try again later

 

read the instructions of logging out of account, quitting the app, reinstalling the app and logging in again

Still the same message of Unable to connect; Try again later
