I got a sonos sl roam which i can't use. It wont go to bluetooth mode only shows white light, it wont update software despite following instructions post errors being followed to the letter... generally think i should return it as i have not had this kind of issue setting up anything before. Tried tech support line but there was a 90 minute wait. So asking the community for advice

I have the same problem. I have the speaker for nearly 2 weeks and it won't update so I don't even know what it sounds like....if you buy a high end portable speaker you expect to turn the BT on and start playing music. But Sonos decided it's better to torture customers with updates that don't go through so you try for hours and hours to reset all your equipment and hope it will go through......it won't
