can’t connect my device

I try to connect my Sonos device but keep telling me to tap the local network and I do but it doesn't connect the device

Hi @Loully, welcome to the Sonos Community!

Our team are aware of this issue and are currently investigating, however we don’t have an ETA to share regarding this.

I have seen users on the community say that the recent update has helped, so I’d first recommend you have the lastest update in the available in the Sonos app and that you have downloaded the lastest app version from the App Store.

If you have a different controller you can use, then you can complete the speaker setup on that device then swap back after it is finished.
