Hello -
I just picked up a Roam 2. I can connect via BT to my phone (Android Samsung Galaxy S21/Verizon) and it works fine. But, I can’t connect to the Roam in the Sonos app. I’ve unpaired, reset, etc., but no luck.
Perhaps this is a clue: I have the same issue with my JBL BT headphones -- I can connect them via BT, but not at all through the JBL app. Both apps have permissions set to allow BT.
Thoughts? TIA,
