alexa problems with sonos roam 2 that appear offline

My sonos roam 2 works perfectly well with alexa and with bluetooth connection but when i ask him to play music via spotify it always says that it is off line. I tried to disconnect, reconnect, cancel alexa service and so on but the problem is always there. What can i do to have it online again?
