I was on the chat yesterday and they told me I could hide the second one but that feature is not available right now but will be coming back. My question is there a way to completely remove from my system?

The system is held on your Sonos hardware - so my thoughts are to perhaps power everything off - wait 30s and bring them all back online one at a time and see if that fixes it.
