Between ‘An error occurred’ and ‘Gone for moderation’ vs the continued amount of spam which has no trouble posting it hardly seems worth the effort of trying to post anything.
While I have sympathy for the moderators having to deal with it all and stuck with their companies choice of forum provider, Sonos as a company need to get their act together, spend the money and change to a provider who is able to deliver and support a working, usable service.
Imagine having forum software that could have a simple rule like new posters (or anyone!!??!!) can't create a new thread with http in the title. Or something with such advanced functionality…
