That is a very interesting piece and raises a lot of good questions an investor would be wise to have answered. On the consumer side it is also interesting.
Personally voice response is a HUGE minus and I'm not planning on purchasing any speakers that offer it, Sonos or any other brand. I'm dabbling into what will be needed if Sonos fails to offer an upgrade / addition path that doesn't include a positive lock-out (that would be a mechanical switch) on any voice technology.
