Does anyone else think this service is poor?

I have 2 speakers which are both good, but because I bought them separately I now have to use 2 Different apps, and I can never connect straight away it takes ages to pause or turn up or skip songs. Too frustrating for the price.

According to your profile you have Play:1 and Play:3. These are both compatible with S2 software. You therefore don’t need two different apps. 

Did you manage to accidentally split them onto different systems? More detail, on which speakers are visible in which apps and how they all connect to the network, would be useful before providing precise advice.
