Using a Sonos Play 1 and a Mac, I’m unable to add folders to the Music Library.
The error is:
Sonos was unable to add the music folder
Access to the shared folder "//computer/folder" is denied - check the username and/or password
I’ve tried the password multiple times - that’s not the problem. I’ve also tried to close and reopen the Sonos program on the computer - the issue persists.
Does anyone have an idea what might resolve this? I searched the forum and found references to guides that only linked to the general support page - it appears the database has shifted and the links have broken.

You'll also want to make sure you don’t have any firewall or virus protection apps running that might block the speakers from being able to reach your library.
