Music service playlist size limits are determined by each individual music service.
If I had 500 playlists I’d never be able to find the one I wanted to listen to.
I think it may depend on the total number of tracks in the playlists (combined) I think there is a limit of 10,000 tracks in total, that’s IIRC.
