Since buying and setting up my Samsung Frame TV 2020 with Sonos Arc, Sub and SL One pair a few years ago, I have dealt with the regular and sometimes daily problem of volume loss. More specifically, no matter what I do with the Frame’s remote, I cannot get/control volume.
The Sonos Arc is connect to the Frame via the HDMI ARC cable provided by Sonos. I have run updates on the Frame & every Sonos product I own.
If I unplug the Sonos Arc, the Samsung Frame’s native speakers work immediately.
Last I heard about this, Sonos and Samsung were working on a fix:
I have tried every troubleshooting step and cannot get my set up to function properly and remain stable.
Can anyone at Sonos please provide a definitive explanation as to why this is happening and if anything is being done to resolve the issue once and for all.
