I purchased a Sonos Beam Soundbar.  Several issues:

[1] I cannot figure out exactly what model it is. Serial number is A100 C103CP 48-A6-B8-**-**-**-*.
There's a prominent barcode BEAM1US2SDW which looks like maybe a model number

[2] Please tell me what surround speakers and subwoofer are compatible.

Moderator edit: removed serial number

You have a Sonos Beam (Gen 1) Shadow Edition.

If you are using the Sonos S2 app, you can use any of these Sonos subwoofers with your Beam:

  • Sub (Gen 1)
  • Sub (Gen 2)
  • Sub (Gen 3)
  • Sub Mini

If you are using the Sonos S2 app, you can use any of these Sonos devices as surrounds with your Beam:

  • Amp
  • Connect:Amp
  • Era 100
  • Five
  • One (Gen 1)
  • One (Gen 2)
  • One SL
  • Play:1
  • Play:3
  • Play:5 (Gen 2)
  • SYMFONISK Bookshelf (Gen 1)
  • SYMFONISK Bookshelf (Gen 2)
  • SYMFONISK Floor lamp
  • SYMFONISK Picture frame
  • SYMFONISK Table lamp (Gen 1)
  • SYMFONISK Table lamp (Gen 2)

NOTE: A Sonos home theater speaker can use two Sonos speakers of the same model as surrounds. For example, two Sonos Ones can be used for surround sound but One and Play:1 cannot. However, related models like One and One SL can be used together as surround speakers. Read more here:
