Do you have the same problem?

My system consists of the Arc SL soundbar, a gen 3 sub and two rear era 300s as a stereo pair.

All recent films on Netflix 2015 and above, the voices are not clear, like muffled. I notice that older films, 90s early 2000s no problem, the voices are clear. However, I activated background noise reduction in the Sonos apps on the TV control, I tried several settings, but I still have the same problem. The voices are really not clear. I have to point out that my Sony 4k TV does not have an eArc HDMI, but only Arc, but I don't think that's the problem.

Help needed please, thanks!

It would maybe be of more help if you could point to what sound format Sonos is showing in the app when you like or dislike it’s sound.

I found the problem, it was the sound volume of the TV in the Sonos apps which was at +15. So when there was a lot of rear sound effect in the Era 300s, along with vocals on the Arc soundbar, it was very difficult to hear the vocals. By simply reducing it to +4 or +5, everything is perfect!
