I am using a Soundbar + Sub + 02 Sonos 01's as Surround. Any suggestions how I can add 02 Sonos 5's as Speaker Fronts to this setup?

There are hundreds of threads on how this is not possible. Sonos does not make any solution in which any of their sound bars can be used as a ‘center’ speaker, nor do they provide any method of stripping out the front left and front right signals,

No worries, the ‘search’ function on this forum is often lacking, but the feature, while it has been frequently and often requested and discussed, is just not possible at this point. Perhaps in the future.
