Hello to everyone,
I just got a playbar and connected to the TV and I works great. My problem is that I'm not able to connect to my account from the app. I can connect well from the website but not from the app, meaning I can't use the services like napster or Spotify.
It keeps saying that the email or password is incorrect and I don't understand why. I've tried changing it twice already but I still have the same problem.
Any idea why ?
