Ultra HD blu ray player query

I haven't played a blu ray disc for ages however when I did so a few days ago I was curious as to why when I rewound the film (to go back to a specific scene), I lost all sound from the Sonos Arc.

The only way I could get the sound back was to stop playback and restart the player again.

Any idea why this has happened?

I think my sound bar setup is ok as the sound format within the Sonos app is Dolby Atmos.

I also have another problem relating to the picture, namely, every few seconds I get a screen judder which only lasts a fraction of a second but repeats itself every few seconds.

This is what I get on screen and it is rather annoying as it never goes away.

Just to say that I decided to reset my TV back to factory settings and both the sound and picture issues have gone away!
