Tv sound through my arc soundbar suddenly stops while watching tv. Only work around is to go into sonos app and select tv sound.. this started happening with a June update
When you go to Settings / [Arc or room containing Arc], and scroll right down, is TV Autoplay set to On?
I get this sometimes when Alexa thinks I’ve asked for music whilst watching TV. Do you have a voice assistant installed on your Arc? If yes, try turning the mic of by touching the Mic symbol and see if the issue continues.

Mine does this, but I know that it isn’t Alexa, as I have her sound turned on. When she thinks that she has been addressed, she makes a sound and mutes the tv. The tv is dropping sound all by itself. Since last week.
