- In the new Sonos app, when you navigate to Settings>Room with TV/Playbar, the TV Settings allowing you to connect remote and others only shows up some of the time. Products and Sound headings always show up but I have attempted to connect a TV remote only to not find the menu the next time I open the same app window.
Maybe grab a couple of screenshots and diagnostic reports with the features both present and missing and then contact/chat with Sonos Support via this LINK to discuss the matter in detail and see what the Staff can perhaps then suggest to resolve the matter.
The point is that whole headings/links don’t show reliably so it’s impossible to document.

Just grab a screenshot before/after or perhaps a video of the issue and hand it to the Staff during the chat with them. Hope you can get it sorted.

It’s showing in both my iOS and Android controllers Home Theatre ‘room’ settings in the new Sonos App. Maybe try fully closing and reopening the App. See attached.

I recognize those settings - but now my “room settings” menu that has my Beam and surround speakers has no TV settings. Even after totally quitting the app and reopening…

Maybe try an App reset as mentioned here…

Then close/reopen the App, accept the T&C’s etc. and connect back to the existing Sonos System on the LAN Subnet and see if that fixes it. If still no joy, then maybe reboot your router.
