Trueplay with and without Amp?

My Arc is connected to a Sonos Amp that powers my in-ceiling Klipsch speakers as surrounds. I understand that Trueplay is not available in this configuration.

If I take my Amp out of the zone and run TruePlay with only my Arc and Sub 3, then reconnect the Amp, will the Trueplay configuration stay in effect? Or will I lose it?

Can’t test that here but pretty sure it will go away, worth trying though as things keep changing.

When you ‘change’ a composition of a room, by adding or deleting speakers, any TruePlay setting will go away.

Thanks, that’s what I assumed.

Somehow, despite what I have been told, I was able to run TruePlay successfully with my OG Arc and now with the Ultra, even though my ceiling speakers are not Sonos architectural devices.

Works for me, as they say!
