I have the arc, sub (gen 2) and 2x era 100 in the rear. trying to perform trueplay for first time. I receive an error before it even starts (see below). I'm using iOS 17 tried on ipad  pro, iphone 11 and 13 same error. 

This happens before the first part of the process is completed like it doesn’t get to the part where it asks for phone to be rotated, and I can't seem to figure out why. Only getting as far as pick the sitting spot then next I get true play error

When I cancel and try again I always get the same error.

Has anyone else seen this issue and been able to resolve?

Do the Trueplay again.

When it fails submit a diagnostic.

Call Sonos support and give them the diagnostic number.
