Trueplay does not work in ARC with ipad air 4 in the new app. Sonos USB C microphone to make Trueplay on any device.

What is the reason that I can't do Trueplay to my ARC with this new app now? It's the only Sonos speaker that I can't calibrate with my iPad Air 4. When are you going to fix this situation?
Sonos ARC+Sub G3+One SL.

I had already mentioned in another post that it would be better for Sonos to sell a specialized microphone to do Trueplay from any cell phone using the USB C port, thus saving the problem of calibrating each microphone that Apple uses on its devices.
