Hi everyone !

I have Sonos Beam Gen 1 with two Ikea's Symfonisk booksheld as surrounds since a while.

I just bought an iPhone Se 3 ( 2022), for several reasons, but one of them was to be able to set my speackers with Trueplay ( my olders phone were on Android...)

I tried  several Times, I've already reset my  speackers, but I Always have the same issue when I run Trueplay, network problem.

I dunno what to do, do you have any solution for me?

Since the new iPhone SE was just recently released, Trueplay tuning is probably not yet supported. It usually takes a few months to see Trueplay support on newly released iOS devices.


The notification “network problem" seems strange when Truplay isn't supported on a new phone though.

 

You could borrrow a friends’ iPhone. Here's the compatibility list: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/3222?language=en_US

“network problem” could be a translation error, in the app itself, or by the OP.
