Struggling with the new app since it was first available . As a SONOS user for many years with several SONOS products , this app does not reflect in any way the great system I’ve enjoyed for so many years . The app is awful . The room controls and volume settings simply don’t work . I am unable to get sound from the TV to my surround sound ( playbar plus sub plus two play 1’s) . The apply button on the volumes is a bewildering feature does anybody know what it actually does ? On my system it stops the sound completely :-( SONOS favorites list gone . I’ve given up trying and now just use the TV speakers . And yes, I’ve unplugged everything a million times and reset a million times etc . Please , please give me back the old app .
