Cannot create a surround system with the Beam 2, Era 100 & Move. When I'm trying to setup surrounds , sonos can't see the other speakers, also I can't setup a stereo pair with Era and Move.

To create a set of stereo speakers must be the same or, in case of the One and One SL, almost the same. This also goes for surrounds. So you cannot use an Era 100 with a Move a as a stereo set, nor can you set them up as surrounds.
The Move (and the Roam) cannot be used as surrounds at all.
