Hi,

the surround sound was working and now it isn’t.

i have tried unplugging and switching back on. I am trying to reconnect to my 300’s but the app doesn’t see them.

i can connect individually to each 300 to play music?

new to Sonos so

probably doing something stupid!

I had the same problem with Arc and Era300’s. Tried everything i could think of and help desk had no fix. Then I picked up a chat on Facebook Sonos community and fixed it. Remove subs, then add surrounds, then add back the sub.
