I currently have a play bar which will be replaced tomorrow with the arc I have gen2 sub
2x rear play 3. After reading the play 3. R now old should they be replaced if so with what.

The Play:3s will work just fine with the Arc + Sub setup. But if you want to upgrade the Play:3s consider the Era 300s or the Fives as surrounds.
