sub says connected but no sound

Sub says connected but no sound. Occasionally I can restart the sub and it will connect, but then loses connection.

Now you need to call Sonos Support directly to discuss your diagnostic.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
