My sub won,t power up.  No light and is listed as missing by the app.  Tried different power outlets, leaving unplugged overnight etc. Any hopes here or is it dead?  If so that’s pretty poor for an expensive device only a couple of years old.

Best bet would be to call Sonos directly, there isn’t much this community can do to help. 


I have exactly the same problem. Bought the SUB in 2019 (As confirmed by SONOS Support) Only used it 6 times. Surge Protected. Changed the cable, Still not working. Attached a meter to the old cable - Good connection. The SUB is dead as a Monty Python Parrot. All SONOS Support sent me was a list of local retailers
