HI,

 

I had this installed last year by the Best Buy Team.  My tv, ARC and Sub (gen3).   i realize now that the SUB gen3 is not on.  I tried to use the ap,but still no sound.  Its plugged in.  Is it supposed to turn on automatically when the TV and arc come on?   How do I get this working again?   Any advice would be helpful.  Thanks!

It should be always on, and responding to commands sent to it by the Arc. Does it show up in the ‘room’ as (room name) Arc + Sub?

You may be best off if you were to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

 


It is a bit heavy so carefully flip it over and make sure the power cord is still fully inserted.

If it is on you should be able to see it in the App even if you have turned off the LED.
