Hi I have a Sonos beam, 2 plays and a sub in my room and just recently one of the plays is out of sync with the beam. I have reset the whole system which seemed to do the trick but it’s gone out of sync again, any suggestions please? Thank you 

Remove/unbond the Play:1s as surrounds from the Beam in the Sonos app. Then unplug the Beam and Play:1s from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router. Plug the speakers back in, allow them to connect to the network, and add the Play:1s as surrounds to the Beam again.


Alternately, you could submit a system diagnostic while the speakers are playing out of sync, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
