I have a system based on: Beam + a couple (front) of Sonos One directly connected to Beam + a couple of Sonos One in the rear.

When I switch on the TV only Beam and front couple are automatically activated. To activate the rear couple I need to use the app.

Any suggestion to fix it?

thanks

Since you can only connect two (rear) surrounds to the Beam, the “front” Ones, you must have the others in a different room and grouped. Have you got Ungroup on Autoplay turned on or off? It needs to be off.

BTW, if you have physically placed the bonded surrounds at the front, you’re really messing up your sound system. Surrounds should be behind the listening (watching) position. And the additional grouped Ones will produce a stereo sound that will muddle the front three channels the Beam produces.

Uhhhm, it would appear you have your surrounds up front and a grouped stereo pair in the rear.  That’s pretty messed up.  As stated, surrounds should be in the rear, and the Beam already has the front Left/Center/Right in a single enclosure.  All the extra stereo pair is doing is giving a downmix of all the channels (L/C/F/Atmos/surrounds), which is bad if you had them in front, and even worse if they are in the rear with the surrounds up front.  In short, ditch the extra stereo pair and put the surrounds where they belong.  More speakers doesn’t equal better sound.
