Speakers jumping volume

Hi All, 

Have had a Sonos home theatre for roughly 5 years now. Recently over the last month I have noticed the sound jumping volume when watching/streaming TV. 

Every so often it will jump from what seems like a quieter muddier sound to a higher volume clearer sound. 

I appreciate that there are other apps and the hardware controls where people can inadvertently adjust the volume without realising, but this isn’t the case. It will spike up and down over the course of an hour the exact same amount.

Try disconnecting the Playbar from the TV and unplugging the Playbar and TV from power for a couple of minutes. Plug them both back in and reconnect the Playbar to the TV. If this doesn’t work, try using a different optical cable.
