I loose sound on my soundbar for few seconds when it comes from my tv via optical wire. I tried with an other soundbar and I don’t have this problem

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

What soundbar is it? If it’s a Beam or an Arc, connect it to the TV’s HDMI ARC or eARC port instead. 
If it’s the Playbar, then you might have no choice but to call it in…

(But frequent issue with optical cables is that they are not fully seated in the socket - they need pushing quite hard to get them in eboth ends] until they click, rather than appearing to be in.)
