Hi.

 

I have logged a ticket with Sonos. But I thought I'd ask here.

 

Listening to a playlist on amazon unlimited.  Some of the songs I can here at setting 12, but the next track comes in and is really loud. Sometimes the bass goes really heavy. I pause it, start again and it clears. We tested with support and thought it was an android issue,  but also does on IOS too. 

Been like it for a few months. I'm wondering if it's a track being played in Atmos and then the best track is HD??

Is this a common bug? I read alot of various problems,  but not necessarily this.
