I have a SONY XBR-65X900F ARC no eARC tv, APPLE TV (the latest generation.),SONOS ARC, ARCANA HDFURY and get no DOLBY ATMOS, it's there anybody here with the same set up and issue?

If your Apple TV is connected to the HDFury Arcana, you may get better resolution of your issues by contacting their CS folks.
In the meantime, I’d be double checking the audio settings on the Apple TV, and making sure the thing you’re watching is encoded in Dolby Atmos. Not all shows are.
After factory reset the Arcana, keep the same 0.87 firmware, disconnected all HDMI and power cables from everything including the Sonos ARC, I've got it the Dolby Atmos
