Sony Neckband and Sonos Arc

Hi, is there a way for me to easily switch between my sony neckband (when I do not want a Sound bar experience - late nights, early mornings) and the Sonos Arc?

I have an older version of the sony neckband (SRS-WS1) and it currently plugs into my Sony TV’s A80CK optical out. 

I think I can switch the output on the TV to either the sound bar or the TV( which then works with the neckband), but the TV  always switch back to the sound bar.

Short of unplunging the Arc, is there an easier way to switch between the two?

Try disabling Bravia Sync in the TV settings when you just want to use the neckband.
