I just used 3 hours trying to get my new Sonos Ray to work, and I’m losing my mind. I connected the optical cable directly to my LG TV (new model) and set the sound settings to Optical Out. No sound (yes, I raised the volume level). I even tried connecting an optical cable directly from the Ray in to my PS4 Pro, checked the audio settings. No sound. I can’t add the Ray to the Sonos app (iPhone) either because of an error 1.101. I factory reset the Ray 5 times now, no dice. Is there a specific router setting for it allow to connect to the Sonos servers? I also put in a cable from my router to the Ray, but get the same error code. HELP!!
