I need to connect my playbase to a new wifi network in a new flat. Its failing to connect. If I could remember correctly, the playbase only connects on 2.4GHz but my wifi has the same SSID for both 2.4 & 5 GHz. Is there any way to connect it without having to split up the SSIDs? I don’t want to use sonosnet as the wifi singal doesn’t reach everywhere and I’ll already need to get a mesh system. I’ve also had issues with sonos net in the past and since switching to my routers wifi, everything was working fine (at the old place)

Why not use the same SSID and password on your new network as on your old network? No need to change anything then.
