Hi,

I am looking for any contacts or references in Jersey City or New York who can repair a Sonos Playbar. The Playbar is not powering on.

SONOS does not repair units, supply parts, or manuals. I don’t think that you will be able to find a repair shop that will accept the unit. There are some 3rd party repair shops in Europe that will repair SONOS, but I don’t think that it would be practical to send the unit overseas for repair. You can search for users who have repaired their own units. Maybe one of them would work with you or with a friend who could repair the unit.
