When playing TV audio, our playbar is skipping audio probably 5-10x an hour.

 

Samsung TV which I have rebooted several times by killing power. I have also cycled power on the playbar. 

 

It has two surrounds, but the skipping seems to be the bar, not thr surrounds.

 

The bar is connected to network via wired cable and serves as the system anchor.

 

We have had this thing for 10 years, never had a problem.

What did they say, when you submitted a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and called Sonos Support to discuss it?
