My Sonos Beam will not connect to my new Samsung Frame TV. I’ve gone through the in-app setup and repeatedly get the “TV Speakers not connected.” error. To troubleshoot so far I have:

  • disconnect and reconnect Beam to TV
  • disconnect and unplug TV and Beam from power for 10 minutes then connect back to power and follow app instructions 
  • factory reset Beam

please help!!

Is CEC (Bravia Link) turned on on your TV? Is the Beam plugged in to the HDMI-(e)ARC port?


Anynet +, not Bravia link.

yes, Anynet is turned on and the Beam is connected to eArc.

I’m sorry to hear of this issue you are having with connecting your Beam to your Samsung TV.

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
