Sonos Beam will not connect to my system. I did a factory reset on the Beam, attached to router with a cable . It gets recognized. I then unplug the Ethernet cable and it doesn't connect. I have 3 Moves, 1 playbar, sonos 1 and a Era 100. No issues with them. Just the Beam

Does BEAM have the correct WiFi SSID and password? You can check and update this while it is wired.

Please switch your router off for at least 30 seconds, and reboot your phone while waiting for WiFi to return.

Once everything is up-and-running, please try again - it if still does not go as expected, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
