Hi,

I’ve recently gotten a Beam (Gen 2). At first, touch controls were working just fine, but since a couple of days they’ve stopped working.

I’ve checked the settings in the app, toggling touch controlls off/on doesn’t do anything.

I read through the forum here, and some suggested a factory reset, which I did, but did not help either.

 

I made a diagnostic, 43670915. Is there anyone that can help me with this issue? :D

Yeah, I’ve even left it off for half a day just to make sure.

Taking a look at the logs, it does, unfortunately, appear that your Beam has a hardware fault with the touch controller. Please get in contact with our customer care team to explore the options available to you :slight_smile: 
 

To expedite troubleshooting, you should let the agent know that I have sent you there, and they can reach out to me for clarification if needed.
