Sonos system was working fine then it wasn’t. I had to unplug hdmi cable to allow tv speakers to work, but all lights on the system were working just no sound.

If you’ve tried rebooting the Beam already, by a power cycle, I’d do the same with the TV. Make sure you unplug it from the wall, don’t just turn it off with a button on the TV or the remote.
